Weekend Itinerery

Derbyshire Dales March 2023

Jane and I wanted to shy away from the typical ‘omming’ and juice-only, vegan retreats. Instead we look to create restorative weekend breaks which mix movement, mindfulness and a little prosecco if you wish!

We believe it’s this approach which helps to rebalance the body, mind and spirit ready for you to step back into your life, feeling more inspired and more connected.

I have been dreaming about creating such an escape for ages so now we can’t wait to welcome you to the NOT At Home Escapes first getaway in Derbyshire in February 2022.

Example Itinerary

Friday

1 pm Check in, tea and cake, familiar yourself with the accommodation

2.30pm Optional nature walk/stroll

6pm Pre Dinner Prosecco

7.30pm Dinner in local village

After dinner talk

Sleep time Candle Gazing meditation (optional)

Saturday

8am Pilates Mobility stretch (optional)

8.30am Continental Breakfast

10am Cycle ride or walk along High Peak and Tissington Trial (optional)

1.30am ish Lunch

Saturday afternoon free time – optional massage, pilates or just rest

4.00pm Tea & Cake

6.0pm Pre Dinner Prosecco

7.30pm In house Dinner

8am Woodland walk

9.30am Pilates

11am Brunch

12pm Goodbyes, Pack and time for home, until the next one
