Sleep Tips for Peri to Post Menopausal Women
This immersive day with include two sessions of exercise. The morning session will be fun move your body session and in the afternoon we will focus on pilates/yoga sessions specifically designed with quality sleep in mind. Also in the afternoon we will be add on an extended meditation session again focussing on relaxation to aid better sleep, so please feel free to bring your rugs and cushions for this.
Both sessions have been carefully designed to support the well-being of the Peri to Post menopausal woman.

The talk in November with be all about sleep.
Lack of sleep makes you moody… that’s bad enough. But long-term insomnia can lead to other problems obesity, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, depression, and impaired immune function. Why do so many women suffer with insomnia in peri menopause and beyond? You will leave armed with many tips and strategies to help you to find the best solution for you to gain quality sleep at this challenging time.

‘Stress Management for Peri to Post Menopausal Woman’
This immersive day will include two sessions of exercise. The morning session will be fun, low impact circuits class and the afternoon session will be an expansive Pilates practice using techniques to lower stress and restore your body and mind. The afternoon session will end with an extended meditation and time for stillness and reflection, so do bring your rugs and cushions for this.
Both sessions have been carefully balanced to support the well-being of the Peri to Post menopausal woman.

The workshop in September will be , helping you to focus on managing your stress. I truly believe you are beautiful and amazing just as you are, you don’t actually ‘need’ to change anything. Yet I know you just want to feel the best you can in the skin you are in, throughout this time of transition. Stress plays a bigger role than you think in the Peri and especially Post menopausal years.
