Well-Being Day

The next WellBeing Day is in the beautiful village of Melbourne, South Derbyshire.  Thursday 18th November 10-4pm


This immersive day will include two sessions of exercise.  The morning session will be fun, low impact ‘old school’ Aerobics and the afternoon session will be an expansive Pilates practice.  The afternoon session will end with an extended meditation and time for stillness and reflection, so do bring your rugs and cushions for this.

Both sessions have been carefully balanced to support the well-being of the Peri to Post menopausal woman.


There will, of course be a delicious lunch specially selected with the chefs at Amalfi Whites.  There will be coffee on arrival and tea before you leave….. and cake, of course we will have cake!

Two workshops

Between the exercise sessions there will be two workshops, helping you to focus in on your well-being goals.   I truly believe you are beautiful and amazing just as you are, you don’t actually ‘need’ to change anything. Yet I know you just want to feel the best you can in the skin you are in, throughout this time of transition.

Finding your ‘ME’

Your body is a reflection of how well you take care of yourself, and you are worthy of giving your body loving care and attention. No matter how busy you are already, better health, more energy and a body that feels good to be in is totally achievable with effective movement sessions, simple nutrition tweaks and lifestyle habits can get you feeling good in your body once again.
